Our experienced staff is managed by the Principle Investigator and Medical Director, Shaukat A. Shah, M.D.  Dr. Shah also manages a large private, internal medicine practice. 

We are located in an area of central California with a diverse population base of about 1/2 million people.  Our medical practice, offering a full spectrum of primary care services, has a growing patient base from adolescence to seniors.

Our experience has been in phase 2, 3 and 4 studies.  In almost every study, we have been able to over enroll the number of evaluable patients that the sponsor required.  Most of the study participants come from our private practice.  Our goals are to achieve rapid enrollment, meet or exceed our enrollment quota and produce quality results.

We focus on all aspects of the clinical trial process, from patient recruitment to final data submission. We conduct each trial with the highest ethical standards, making patient safety our number one priority.

Our research center offers a broad base of patients to draw upon for clinical trials.  Likewise, we offer our patients the opportunity to participate in cutting edge research that can offer them the opportunity for treatments not yet available to the general public.

The research center consists of a 5,760 square foot facility across the street from St. Joseph's Medical Center.  We are easily accessible by car and public transportation.  The site includes 4 telephone lines, dedicated fax line and high speed Internet access through DSL.  There is a designated area for visiting CRAs.
